Tour Overview

This tour is a special program that allows you to experience Shizuoka’s history, culture, and cuisine in a balanced way.
Departing from Shimizu Port, you will first visit Sunpu Castle, known as a place associated with Tokugawa Ieyasu. You can spend some time immersed in history as you stroll through the spacious park.

Afterwards, you will experience the unique food culture of Shizuoka through the “Onigiri Bento Making Experience.” Using local ingredients, you will create your own original bento and enjoy it for lunch.

In the afternoon, you will be guided to a Geisha Dance Performance, a traditional performing art that Shizuoka is proud of. Through the graceful dance, the sounds of the shamisen, and interaction with the Geisha, you will be able to experience the profound charm of Japanese culture.

This is a fulfilling cultural experience tour that condenses the charm of Shizuoka into a half-day experience.

travel to the sightseeing spot by private car.

Sightseeing at Sunpu Castle Park**
– Famous as the castle where Tokugawa Ieyasu spent his final years
– Stroll through the restored Tatsumi Tower, Higashi-Omon Gate, beautiful gardens, and spacious park
– Many popular spots for photography, perfect for a historical stroll

Cooking class: Onigiri bento making experience & lunch**

・Experience making a Japanese bento, including rolled omelet and side dishes
